1. Project Agreements

Before we begin any work, we share a clear proposal or agreement outlining the project details, costs, and timelines. This ensures full transparency and mutual understanding before payment and project commencement.


2. Refunds

Because our services are custom and digital in nature, refunds are generally not available once work has started.
However, if no work has begun or payment was made in error, we’ll be happy to review your request and, where appropriate, issue a partial or full refund.

Our goal is always to be fair and reasonable — if an issue arises, we encourage open communication so we can find the best possible solution together.


3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a project, please reach out to us at info@thenextfold.com as soon as possible.
If work has not yet started, cancellation may be possible with a partial refund.
Once project work is underway, we may offer to pause or reschedule the project depending on your needs.


4. Digital Deliverables

Once digital assets, designs, or other materials have been delivered, ownership is transferred after full payment. At that point, no refunds are available.
